We earlier highlighted the big favourites in the race were Satin Shoes and Straight Gold and on the Luxbet markets they’ve come in a little bit further.
Satin Shoes still leads the way at a $2.10 fixed price but Straight Gold has been steadily moving in to $2.40.
Elite Falls is still third but hasn’t moved an inch from the $13 offered earlier in the week.
The biggest mover in the field is the unraced Crystal Rock. The Anthony Cummings trained charger has shed 10 points and is now in to $16.
The same can’t be said for the top weights Diamond To Pegasus and Bossdon City both unmoved from their $26 odds.
In our tips post yesterday we highlighted long shot Al’s Magic Miss as a potential each way chance and the punters have had a nibble at the big $51 odds. She’s now into $41 and likely to close a little more before the race jumps.
All in all though it’s still clearly a race in two for the punters with Straight Gold really battling for favouritism against her unbeaten rival.
The betting is going to get even more interesting as we near the Race 5 event so register an account with Luxbet now. It’ll only take a couple of minutes and you can claim up to $400 in free bets!
